Badminton? Whoah. Baru je balik teman amin beli kasut badminton baru. woot ! semangat betul nk lawan ? muahahak (shuttlecock ok, bukan shuttlelock! BHAHAH) . rasa nyer dah lama tak main. last main time foundation. tu pun lepas gian punyer pasal.
Jadi kekok sikit tangan sebab dah lama tinggal. Semangat datang balik nak exercise, tu yang pinjam racket ayah bawak balik U . teheeee. Thanks yah, gantikan tali baru ;D

Tak sabar nak start active balik. Nak jogging, build stamina . yeahh! setiap orang satu sukan.
